- assess availability and prepare a route, quote or production plan;

- keep necessary business, legal and accounting records;
- protect the website and forms from abuse, fraud and security threats.
The main legal bases are taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, performing a contract, complying with legal obligations and the legitimate interests of answering genuine enquiries and keeping the website secure. Details submitted here are not used for unrelated marketing.
Service providers and transfers
Form submissions are delivered by FormSubmit. Cloudflare helps deliver and protect the website; its systems may process connection and security-log data. You can read Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy.
The email provider used for correspondence also processes the messages that arrive. These providers act only as needed to supply their services. Some providers may process data outside Iceland or the European Economic Area and use applicable legal safeguards for those transfers.
Personal information is not sold.
How long information is kept
Enquiry and booking information is kept only for as long as needed to respond, prepare or provide the requested service, meet legal and accounting obligations, and handle any dispute. Enquiries that do not lead to further work are deleted when they are no longer reasonably needed.
Your rights
Subject to the circumstances and applicable law, you may ask for access to your personal information, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection to certain processing. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing.
